PPC Manager – Production Planning & Control

JOB SUMMARY : 

To plan, schedule, monitor and control manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and delivery of finished goods as per customer requirements, approved production plans, quality standards, regulatory requirements and optimum utilisation of manpower, machines and

materials.

NOTE : The mentioned salary budget is CTC not Gross Salary.

4. Production Monitoring & Control
5. Quality & Regulatory Coordination
6. Finished Goods & Dispatch Coordination
7. MIS & Reporting

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : 

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
2. Typically 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing experience, including 2–3 years in a PPC leadership role;  adjust according to company scale.
3. Experience in cosmetics, personal care, healthcare or surgical product manufacturing is preferred.
4. Working knowledge of BOM, MRP, ERP, Excel, inventory control and production scheduling.
5. Knowledge of GMP, batch documentation, material traceability and quality systems applicable to the products manufactured.

4. Production: Manufacturing schedule and output.
5. QA/QC: Material release, testing and batch release.
6. R&D: New product trials and approved specifications.
7. Engineering / Maintenance: Machine availability and downtime.
8. Dispatch: Finished goods readiness and delivery schedule.
9. Management: Planning review, performance and escalation.
10. Overall Responsibility: Ensure the right product is manufactured in the right quantity, at the right time, with the right materials, approved quality and optimum cost.
