Job Description:
1. Manage the Vice President’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
2. Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the Vice President.
3. Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and documents as required.
4. Arrange travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
6. Follow up on instructions given by the Vice President with staff and departments.
7. Remind the Vice President of important tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
