Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Executive with 3–5 years of experience to handle end-to-end payroll operations,
including overtime calculation, statutory compliance, and confidential employee compensation. The ideal candidate
must be well-versed with payroll software like Spine, HRMTHREAD, GreytHR, etc., and should possess strong
attention to detail and deep knowledge of statutory regulations.
Job Description:
1. Payroll Operations:
a) Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including salary, overtime, and allowances.
b) Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
c) Address payroll-related queries and coordinate with internal teams.
2. Statutory Compliance:
a) Ensure complete compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.).
b) File statutory returns and generate challans within due timelines.
c) Keep updated with labor laws and payroll regulations.
3. Accuracy, Confidentiality & Software Expertise:
a) Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring data confidentiality.
b) Perform reconciliations and audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
c) Proficient in using payroll software such as Spine, HRMTHREAD, GreytHR, or similar platforms.
