Paintshop Production Quality Head

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Paintshop Production & Quality Head to lead painting operations for transformer radiators. The role involves managing production, ensuring coating quality, and maintaining international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:

• Plan and control daily paintshop production activities.
• Ensure timely completion of painting as per production schedules.
• Optimize manpower, material, and equipment utilization.

Quality Control:

• Ensure adherence to coating specifications and standards.
• Monitor surface preparation (blasting), painting, and curing processes.
• Conduct DFT checks, adhesion tests, and coating inspections.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

Process & Improvement:

• Implement best practices in painting and coating technology.
• Reduce rework, defects, and paint consumption.
• Ensure proper maintenance of painting equipment.

Customer & Audit Handling:

• Handle customer inspections and third-party audits.
• Ensure compliance with NACE/SSPC standards.

Team Management:

• Lead and train paintshop team and supervisors.
• Improve worker skills and ensure safety compliance.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure proper handling of paints, chemicals, and PPE usage.
• Maintain environmental and safety standards.
