Packing & Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Packing & Dispatch Executive job in Vasai East Sativali Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification HSC Or Graduate. This vacancy is for the Printing industry.

Important Note - Salary Not possible more than 35000 per month this is last budget of company

Key Responsibilities:
Packing Operations
1.Pack finished goods as per packing standards and customer requirements.
2.Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and marking on cartons.
3.Use proper packing materials to avoid damage during transit.

Dispatch Activities
1.Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, packing lists, invoices (as applicable).
2.Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and dispatch of materials.
3.Ensure goods are dispatched as per schedule and priority.

Material Handling
1.Load and unload materials safely using manual or mechanical handling methods.
2.Maintain FIFO / batch-wise dispatch where applicable.
3.Ensure proper stacking and storage of packed materials.

Documentation & Records
1.Maintain daily dispatch records and packing checklists.
2.Update dispatch details in ERP / register / Excel.
3.Verify quantity, weight, and product details before dispatch.

Quality & Safety
1.Check packed goods for damage, shortages, or mismatch.
2.Follow safety norms and housekeeping standards in the packing area.
3.Report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Coordination
1.Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and accounts departments.
2.Assist during audits or stock verification related to dispatch.
