Required Skills
• Strong end-to-end manufacturing operations and coordination skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
• Working knowledge of fabrication, assembly, powder coating, and inventory management.
• Understanding of BOMs, BOQs, material planning, procurement, and dispatch documentation.
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Ability to establish SOPs and implement structured workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and resolving interdepartmental issues.
• Good communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented approach.
