Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle office records, manage inward and outward challans, maintain attendance records, and assist with various other clerical tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Office Records:

Organize and update all physical and digital office documents.

Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of documents.

Assist in data entry and database maintenance.

Inward & Outward Challan Handling:

Record and maintain logs of all incoming and outgoing goods/materials.

Prepare and verify challans and delivery notes.
-
Coordinate with stores and dispatch teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

Attendance Record Maintenance:

Maintain daily attendance registers (manual or digital).

Track leave applications and late arrivals.
-
Share attendance reports with HR/Management as required.

Miscellaneous Office Work:

Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, courier handling, etc.

Assist in coordinating meetings, purchasing office supplies, and general housekeeping tasks.

Provide support to other departments when needed.
