Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Moulding Engineer job in Vasai East, Kaman. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification BE – Mechanical / Production, Diploma / Graduation from CIPET/DME/NTTF . This vacancy is for the Plastic / Polymer industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct mould trials (T0–Tn) and stabilize processes for early buy-off (T2/T3).
2.Set and optimize moulding parameters to reduce cycle time, rejection, and material loss.
3.Support mass production and troubleshoot moulding and quality issues.
4.Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, and IATF 16949 requirements.
5.Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, and Quality for mould and process improvements.
6.Maintain process documentation and support audits.
