Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary : 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer/Draftsman with expertise in machine designing, AutoCAD, and quality control. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Designing : Conceptualize, design, and develop machines for various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall design process.

2. AutoCAD Proficiency : Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed design drawings, schematics, and models.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards in all AutoCAD designs.

3. Quality Control (QC) from a Mechanical Perspective : Establish and implement quality control procedures for mechanical components and systems. Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and address any deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve and optimize QC processes.

4. Technical Documentation : Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including engineering drawings, bills of materials, and specifications.

5. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the manufacturing process. Communicate effectively to convey design concepts, modifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
2. Proven experience in machine designing and drafting.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
4. Strong understanding of quality control processes from a mechanical standpoint.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
