Job Responsibilities :
- 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models and assemblies using Solid Edge / SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Drafting: Generate precise 2D manufacturing drawings with proper tolerances and fits.
- BOM Management: Prepare an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement and production.
- Machine Design: Design specialized machinery like Flow Wrapping, Labeling, and Cartoning systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the electrical and PLC programming teams to integrate sensors and automation components.
- Validation: Conduct interference checks and design reviews before the production phase.
