Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive (0–1 year experience) to support our UK region operations. The candidate must be fluent in English and have basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), ZoomInfo, MS Excel, and email campaign platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Data Research & Management:
Gather and maintain accurate customer information from websites, directories, and social media. Organize and regularly update the database to support outreach campaigns.
• Email Marketing:
Assist in preparing email marketing content (text + visual templates) tailored for UK-based customers. Use tools such as HubSpot to run targeted campaigns.
• Customer Engagement & Follow-up:
Engage with prospective customers via email or phone calls as needed for initial follow-ups and collecting responses. Share all leads and updates with the UK team regularly.
• Reporting & Coordination:
Generate basic marketing reports and updates on campaign performance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and content.
• CRM Management:
Enter and update customer and campaign data in CRM software (preferably HubSpot). Track campaign progress and log customer feedback.
• Content Support:
Assist in creating marketing creatives and pitch decks when required for UK clients.
• Market Research:
Conduct basic research on competitors, prospects, and trends relevant to the UK region.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 0–1 year in a marketing support or research role (freshers may also apply).
3. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) &  Zoominfo, MS Excel, and email campaign platforms.
4. Communication: Good written and spoken English communication skills.
