Job Summary
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and data management skills, comfortable working in a US shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST). The candidate will closely support the US-based business development team by assisting with email marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM records, and helping generate qualified leads. This is a hybrid role — primarily work from home, with one day per week required in the Mumbai lower parel office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Research & Data Collection:
Conduct online research to identify potential clients from international markets (especially the US). Gather company details, key decision-makers' contact info, and update internal records.
• Email Marketing Execution:
Assist in preparing visually appealing email templates and content for outreach campaigns. Coordinate email blasts to prospects and existing clients using Hubspot or similar platforms.
• Follow-Up Coordination:
Engage with prospective clients via follow-up emails or scheduled calls to improve lead conversion and ensure campaign success.
• CRM & Database Management:
Maintain and update customer and lead information in Hubspot CRM. Track engagement history and ensure data hygiene.
• Collaboration with US Team:
Share lead reports and campaign outcomes with the US team and gather their inputs for continual improvement.
• Reporting & Analytics:
Help generate weekly marketing performance reports. Monitor key metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Creative Content Development:
Assist in drafting marketing creatives, infographics, and pitch decks as part of outreach strategies.
• Process Documentation & Improvements:
Maintain SOPs related to marketing workflows and suggest optimizations to improve productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of relevant internship or job experience in marketing or data research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Canva, or Mailchimp is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently. Secret code AA11
• Exposure to manufacturing/engineering sectors or CNC industry is an added advantage.
Note:
This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional in-office presence for collaboration and reviews. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai or surrounding areas.
