Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Manufacturing Supervisor (Heavy Engineering Goods) job in Kanganwal near Sahnewan. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 32 years, and have Qualification ITI , Diploma / Degree In Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily manufacturing activities in machining, fabrication, welding, and fitting shops.
2. Allocate work to lathe operators, machinists, welders, and fitters as per production plan. Ensure machines are manufactured strictly as per approved drawings and designs.
3. Inspect parts using vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges, and measuring instruments.
4. Carry out fitting, welding, fastening, and alignment activities.
5. Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
6. Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and alignment.
7. Guide operators on correct machining methods, setups, cutting tools, and welding processes.
8. Ensure proper sequence of operations for manufacturing and assembly of heavy machines.
