Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician job in Vasai East, Naikpada. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification 10th /12th/ ITI/ Technical. This vacancy is for the Plastic / Polymer industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines, robots, and auxiliaries (chillers, dryers, loaders).
2.Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
3.Support mould trials and production start-ups by ensuring machine and utility readiness.
4.Maintain mould clamping, hot runner systems, heaters, sensors, and safety interlocks.
5.Ensure compliance with TPM, safety standards, and IATF 16949 requirements.
6.Record maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and spare usage.
7.Coordinate with production, moulding, and tool room teams to minimize downtime.
8.Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
