Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Maintenance Officer job in Boisar, Tarapur MIDC. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification ITI. This vacancy is for the Pharmaceuticals industry.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Perform routine maintenance:
Inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting :
Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment malfunctions or failures.
3. Preventive Maintenance :
Follow scheduled maintenance plans to conduct routine servicing, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unplanned downtime.
4. Equipment Installation :
Install, assemble, and set up new equipment, ensuring proper alignment, connections, and functionality.
5. Emergency Repairs :
Respond to emergency repair requests promptly to minimize production or operational disruptions.
6. Equipment Upgrades :
Assist in equipment upgrades, retrofits, or modifications to enhance performance, safety, or efficiency.
