Job Description
1. Machine Operation & Supervision
- Supervise daily machine shop activities and ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
- Operate and monitor machines including CNC, Traub, lathe, milling, and drilling.
- Allocate tasks to operators and provide technical guidance for production accuracy.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with focus on quality and timely delivery.
2. Maintenance & Process Control
- Maintain daily records of production, machine utilization, and downtime.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with industry and factory standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet customer and process requirements.
3. Training & Continuous Improvement
- Train and mentor junior operators to improve skill levels and efficiency.
- Suggest process improvements, tool changes, and fixture optimization for better productivity.
- Support in achieving ISO or quality audit requirements when necessary.
