Job Responsibilities
- Sample Preparation: Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and test samples with precision.
- Viscosity Testing: Operate and maintain Brookfield Viscometer to measure the viscosity of resins, adhesives, and chemical formulations.
- Moisture Analysis: Conduct Karl Fischer titration to determine moisture content in raw materials and finished products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Documentation: Record experimental data, prepare reports, and maintain laboratory records in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow chemical handling protocols, use PPE, and adhere to laboratory safety standards.
