Junior Engineer Production Quality Paintshop

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Jr. Engineer to support paintshop production and quality activities. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, documentation, and ensuring coating quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: - 

1. In-process inspection of surface preparation (blasting), painting, and curing.
2. Monitoring coating parameters such as DFT, surface cleanliness, and adhesion.
3. Handling third-party inspections and coordinating with inspection agencies.
4. Managing customer inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.
5. Maintaining in-process quality documents, reports, and records.
6. Ensuring proper documentation control and traceability.
7. Identifying defects and supporting corrective/preventive actions.
8. Monitoring daily paintshop production and reporting status.
9. Ensuring safety and proper use of PPE in paintshop operations.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of industrial painting and coating systems.
• Familiarity with inspection tools (DFT gauge, etc.).
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
