Job Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Management
•Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
•Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing
excess and obsolete inventory.
•Perform cycle counts, physical stock verification, and annual inventory audits.
•Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
•Monitor inventory KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turns, and inventory aging.
2. Store Operations
•Manage receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
•Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage according to company
standards.
•Maintain warehouse organization using FIFO, FEFO, or other inventory control methods
as applicable.
•Ensure timely material availability for production, maintenance, or customer
requirements.
•Supervise daily warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of
housekeeping and safety.
3. Goods Receiving & Dispatch
•Coordinate inbound material receipts with suppliers and logistics providers.
•Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
•Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments.
•Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of materials.
4. Supply Chain Support
•Coordinate with Procurement for purchase order follow-up and supplier deliveries.
•Support demand planning and replenishment activities.
•Assist in material requirement planning (MRP) and inventory optimization.
•Collaborate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound transportation.
•Support production planning by ensuring timely material availability.
Important Note- This is a one-year contract position. Based on your performance, the company may consider moving you to its payroll.
