Job Summary:
The HR will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. This role requires a proactive approach to finding the best talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify, source, and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
- Job Postings: Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the hiring department and attract high-quality candidates.
- Understand Requirement with management for hiring the staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.
