Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Hiring
1. Source candidates via job portals, databases, references, and social media
2. Cold call potential candidates from internal or external databases to pitch open roles
3. Draft and publish job postings across hiring platforms
4. Conduct telephonic screenings and shortlisting
5. Schedule interviews with concerned department heads or management
6. Maintain detailed hiring trackers and candidate logs
7. Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation collection
8. Experience with Blue collar workers and White collar workers both
B. Candidate Communication
1. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and feedback
2. Share selection status, joining details, and handle negotiation if required
3. Maintain a professional approach in all candidate interactions
C. Documentation & Reporting
1. Maintain interview records and feedback reports
2. Prepare and update weekly recruitment dashboards and hiring status
3. Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation
D. HR/Admin Coordination
1. Support the HR Manager in coordination and planning of hiring targets
2. Assist in internal recruitment drives and walk-ins
3. Help with HR-related tasks as and when required.
