Job Responsibilities -
1)Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen positions.
2) Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
3) Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media.
4) Conduct interviews and coordinate the complete hiring process.
5) Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
6) Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
7) Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
8) Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
9) Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
10) Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
11) Coordinate performance appraisal and employee confirmation processes.
12) Plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
13) Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower reports.
14) Support disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries as per company policy.
15) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for HR-related matters.
16) Ensure smooth HR administration and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
17) Handle exit formalities, resignation process, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
18) Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and documentation.
19) Drive employee retention and continuous HR process improvement.
Important Notes :
1. The company provides a bus facility from Vasai Railway Station to the company.
2. 2nd & 4th Saturdays and every Sunday are weekly offs.
