HR Manager

Job Responsibilities : 

 1. Plant HR Operations

 • Manpower planning and deployment for plant operations

 • Recruitment of plant staff, supervisors, engineers, and workmen

 • Handling on boarding, induction, and shift deployment

 • Attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination

 • Performance management and annual appraisal process

 • Training coordination, skill development, and safety awareness programs

 • Employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling

 • Maintain HR records, files, and plant HR MIS

 2. Industrial Relations (IR)

 • Handling unions, worker committees, and negotiations

 • Managing disciplinary actions, charge sheets, suspensions, and domestic inquiries

 • Prevent and resolve labour unrest, disputes, and absenteeism

 • Contract labour management and compliance

 • Implementation and monitoring of Standing Orders

 • Counselling employees on discipline, conduct, and productivity

 3. Statutory Compliance & Liaison

 • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, including:

 • Factories Act

 •. Industrial Disputes Act

 • Contract Labour (R&A) Act

 • PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages

 4 Maintenance of statutory registers and records

 • Timely submission of returns and compliance documentation

 • Liaison with labour department, factory inspector, PF, ESI, and other authorities

 • Handling inspections, audits, and labour-related notices
