HR Head

Job Summary : 

We are hiring for a HR Head job in Vasai (E), Goraipada. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. 

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop HR strategy aligned with company growth (automation, expansion, exports) 

• Workforce planning for production, design, and service teams 

• Drive HR digitization & systems (HRMS, attendance, payroll) 

2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

 • Hire skilled workforce (engineers, technicians, operators)

 • Reduce hiring TAT and improve quality of hire 

 • Build campus & industry hiring channels

 3. Industrial Relations (IR) & Statutory Compliance

 • Handle labour laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA etc.) 

 • Maintain discipline & grievance handling

 • Liaison with government authorities 

4. Performance Management System (PMS) 

• Implement KPI/KRA-driven PMS 

• Align technical + behavioural performance 

• Drive productivity improvement in manufacturing

5. Training & Development

• Skill development for shopfloor employees 

• Technical + behavioural training programs 

• Leadership pipeline development

6. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits 

• Ensure accurate payroll, statutory deductions

• Benchmark salary structures with industry 

• Control manpower cost 

7. Employee Engagement & Culture 

• Build positive workplace culture 

• Drive retention strategies 

• Conduct engagement activities 

• Maintain a team spirit and healthy environment 

8. HR Operations & Administration

• Policy formulation & implementation 

• HR audits & documentation 

• Vendor management (security, housekeeping)

Note: The company operates on Spine software for HR processes. While prior experience in Spine software is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt to the system.
