HR Generalist

1. Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, and payroll coordination.
2. Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
3. Implement and monitor HR policies, statutory compliance, and adherence to labor laws.
4. Support performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
5. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce retention strategies.
6. Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and employee records.
7. Contribute to developing effective HR practices that enhance organizational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
