HR Executive

JOB SUMMARY : 

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage complete HR & Administration activities at our manufacturing facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Recruitment for factory, stores, painting and office positions.
2. Candidate coordination, interview scheduling and recruitment MIS.
3. Joining, onboarding, KYC, PF, ESIC and employee documentation.
4. Attendance management and payroll coordination.
5. Verification of OT, leave, bonus, incentives, arrears and F&F.
6. Employee grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
7. Resignation, exit formalities and full & final settlement.
8. PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity and Labour Law compliance.
9. Contractor management including manpower, housekeeping and security.
10. Employee training, induction, fire-safety and emergency training.
11. Employee welfare activities and annual/festival events.
12. Mediclaim, annual medical check-ups and Workmen's Compensation.
13. Safety, PPE and workplace compliance coordination.
14. ISO/HR audit documentation and compliance.
15. HR policies, records, MIS and statutory registers.
16. Coordination with labour-law consultants and government authorities.
17. General HR administration and employee engagement activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE : 

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment
2. Graduate qualification.
3. Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll and labour/statutory compliance.
4. Experience in contract labour and contractor management.
5. Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and Factory/Labour Laws.
6. Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
