Job Responsibility
1.Handling monthly payroll processing
2.Managing statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.
3.Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
4.Handling employee joining and exit formalities (full & final settlement)
5.Preparing HR reports and coordinating with accounts team
6.Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
