HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a HR Executive job in Vasai East Golani Naka. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Male / Female & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage daily HR operations for factory and office staff including attendance, leave records, shift allocation & manpower planning.
2.Ensure strict compliance with Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity,Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
3.Maintain complete HR documentation as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
4.Handle employee onboarding, induction, training documentation and exit formalities.
5.Maintain employee personal files, contracts, ID cards, statutory registers and disciplinary records.
6.Implement disciplinary procedures, warning letters, memos and performance monitoring systems.
7.Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements, productivity tracking & absentee control.
8.Manage attendance systems (biometric/manual), overtime records and payroll input validation.
9.Conduct regular internal HR audits for ISO compliance and management review meetings.
10.Handle worker grievances, conflict resolution and shop-floor discipline.
11.Maintain HSE documentation including safety training records, incident registers, risk assessments and PPE issuance logs.
12.Coordinate with external agencies for labour compliance audits, ISO surveillance audits and government inspections.
13.Organize statutory training, safety talks, POSH awareness and compliance programs.
14.Assist management in HR policy formulation, performance appraisals and retention strategies.
