Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.The candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance. Experience in using Spine Software will be an added advantage, but it is not compulsory.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
1.Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
2.Source, screen, and conduct telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates.
3.Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
4.Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and new hire documentation.
5.Maintain candidate records and assist in background verification.
Payroll & Attendance Management
1.Process payroll, attendance, and leave records (preferably using Spine Software).
2.Ensure timely salary processing and compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations & Engagement
1.Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
2.Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
1.Maintain statutory compliance records and HR documentation.
2.Update HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
HR Administration & Reporting
1.Maintain and update employee databases.
2.Prepare HR reports and assist in performance review processes.
