Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive cum Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities in a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance, employee records, statutory compliance coordination, office administration, and supporting smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of workers, staff, and engineers.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll department.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR records.
- Support implementation of HR policies and company rules.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Assist in performance evaluation and training coordination.
- Ensure statutory compliance coordination related to PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare, Factory Act, etc.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and manpower status reports.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and housekeeping activities.
- Coordinate security, pantry, transport, courier, and facility management activities.
- Handle office stationery and consumable purchases.
- Maintain vendor records and coordinate with service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor discipline, cleanliness, and overall administrative efficiency within the premises.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
