Job Summary :
We are hiring for a HR Executive job in Andheri East, Sakinaka. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Job Responsibilities :
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
3. Support onboarding and induction of new employees
4. Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
5. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
6. Address employee queries and provide administrative support
7. Coordinate employee engagement activities
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
9. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills
11. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
