Job Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, schedule interviews, and handle new-hire paperwork.
- Records & Attendance: Track daily attendance and leaves, and update digital employee files.
- Payroll Support: Gather data on hours and leaves to assist with monthly salary processing.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination.
- Compliance Support: Maintain documents for local labor rules and assist with internal audits.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

1. The company provides a bus facility from Vasai Railway Station to the company.
2. 2nd & 4th Saturdays and every Sunday are weekly offs.
