Job Responsibilities :
1. Preparing monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets
2. Managing budgeting processes and tracking financial variances
3. Monitoring cash inflows and outflows to maintain healthy cash flow
4. Analyzing financial data and market trends for business decision support
5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and legal requirements
6. Coordinating with accounts, audit, and finance teams
7. Managing financial reporting and forecasting activities
8. Handling SAP / Spectrum software and advanced Excel reporting
9. 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit-related roles
10. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
11. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and SAP / Spectrum software
12. Good analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
13. Strong communication and team coordination abilities
