Factory Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Production Oversight: Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.  
2. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QC teams to maintain high product standards and minimize defects.        
3. Maintenance-Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order-monitor Preventive and plan maintenance .(Maintain Records and sign)        
4. Staff Management:  Train, mentor, and supervise factory workers, including performance management and scheduling.        
5. ISO Related works ,Perform 5S ,Internal Audit ,safety audit        
6. Daily monitor -  CFT meeting (format no.F76MT07) ,Check and sign all Quality reports including 4 M change reports,Work assignment as per customer order deadline,Discussion with customer regarding delivery dates        
7. Daily reports-Common Performance Metrics (KPIs) Dashboard (1) Production volume and timeliness (2)Safety incident rates (3) Quality compliance/Defect rate (4) Cost efficiency/Budget adherence mail to senior management        
8. MONITOR - Account deleted /esic /tds/ gst on time        
9. Monitor development activities
