Factory Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Factory Manager job in Nalasopara Highway Pelhar. Candidate should have a minimum of 18 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 52 years, and have Qualification Diploma / BE Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Fabrication industry.

Job Responsibility:
1.Oversee and manage the complete fabrication process including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and finishing
2.Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets and timelines
3.Manage factory operations to ensure smooth workflow, discipline, and efficiency
4.Handle manpower including welders, fitters, helpers, and supervisors; assign duties and monitor productivity
5.Ensure production planning as per drawings, specifications, and client requirements
6.Monitor quality control standards and ensure compliance with required specifications
7.Coordinate raw material planning, inventory control, and material utilization
8.Ensure optimal machine and equipment utilization and coordinate basic maintenance activities
9.Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and plan final dispatch schedules
10.Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams
11.Implement and maintain safety norms and housekeeping standards in the factory
12.Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports to management
13.Focus on cost control, wastage reduction, and productivity improvement
14.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, if required
