Factory Head Cum QC Head

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Factory Head cum QC Head job in Naigaon E Chichoti Near Bhajanlal Dairy. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 50 years, and have Qualification Diploma / BE - Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities:
1.Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Pharma Fabrication / Process Equipment manufacturing.
2.Strong knowledge of SS 304 / SS 316 / SS 316L material fabrication.
3.Expertise in TIG / Argon Welding and hygienic welding practices.
4.Good understanding of surface finish standards and Ra value requirements.
5.Experience in fabrication of Pharma Tanks, Reactors, Mixing Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
6.Sound knowledge of GMP standards and Quality Control procedures.
7.Experience in Hydro Testing, Pneumatic Testing and Pressure Testing.
8.Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings and fabrication drawings.
9.Experience in handling documentation such as MTC, WPS, PQR, IQ/OQ and audit compliance.
10.Capability to manage a team of approximately 40 workers.
11.Leadership over Production, Store, Dispatch, Accountant, Draftsman and Documentation departments.
12.Responsible for Production Planning, Material Planning, Cost Control and ensuring on-time delivery.
13.Ability to handle client inspections and third-party inspections confidently.
14.Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills required.
