Fabrication Production Quality Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production & Quality Head for our transformer radiator manufacturing unit. 
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing fabrication and welding operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: 
Production Management:

• Plan, organize, and control fabrication and welding operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices.

Quality Control:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor welding quality (MIG/TIG/Arc welding processes).
• Implement quality control systems and documentation.
• Conduct inspections and ensure defect-free production.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reduce rework and rejection rates.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and train production and quality teams.
• Ensure safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain production and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety norms.
