Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle complete operations and sales activities for the Textile Division.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and clients.
  3. Generate new export business opportunities and expand global market presence.
  4. Manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and order execution.
  5. Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  6. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas customers.
  7. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  8. Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.
  9. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
  11. Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and export performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Textile Export / International Sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures and international business practices.
  • Ability to independently manage clients and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
