Job Summary:
We are hiring for an Export Sales Executive job in Vasai East , Bilalpada. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate. This vacancy is for the Medical / Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop new international business opportunities for food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.
2.Research potential buyers, distributors, and agents in assigned regions.
3.Handle inquiries, quotations, and pricing negotiations with international customers.
4.Prepare and process all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and health certificates.
5.Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of export orders.
6.Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance under FSSAI, WHO-GMP, HACCP, and other export norms.
7.Support in preparation for trade shows and international exhibitions.
8.Track shipments, follow up on payments, and handle post-shipment documentation.
9.Maintain a database of clients, markets, and competitor intelligence.
10.Prepare weekly sales and market reports for management review.
