Job Summary :
We are hiring for the position of Export Documentation in the pharmaceutical industry . The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation and possess working knowledge of MS Office and relevant software. The role involves handling documentation for export processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. The salary offered is up to ₹2.75 LPA.
Travelling Details:
The job location is approximately 3.3 km from Andheri Railway Station, with a travel time of around 13 minutes to reach Akurli Road.
Job Responsibility:
1)Export Documentation Preparation
2)Prepare and review all export-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export declarations.
3)Ensure that export documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with international regulations and customer requirements.
4)Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party vendors to facilitate timely export shipments
5)Coordination with Internal Teams:
6)Document Management and Filing
7)Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure the timely dispatch of goods.
8)Monitor the progress of shipments and ensure that documents are submitted to customs authorities as require
