Job Summary:
We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive to support our sales and commercial operations. This role involves handling daily commercial tasks such as sales order processing, export documentation, invoicing, shipment coordination, and internal data tracking. The position ensures smooth communication between sales, export, and purchase teams, helping maintain efficient workflows across departments. (Secret code XBBT) . Secret code AA11

Important Notes - The company’s factory is at Nalasopara Phata with pick-up & drop from the station.
Sales office is at Lower Parel, walking distance from the station.Work location: 80% Nalasopara, 20% Lower Parel. Candidate must be willing to travel to both locations.
Travelling Details
Job location is Lower Parel (walking distance from station) with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Sales Order & Invoice Handling
1. Enter daily sales orders in ERP and Excel tracking sheets
2. Generate domestic and export invoices
3. Maintain monthly export & local sales registers
4. Scan and archive dispatch-related documents
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
1. Coordinate with logistics partners (FedEx, DHL, etc.) for domestic and international shipments
2. Track deliveries and collect Proof of Delivery (POD)
Export Compliance & DGFT Activities
1. Update invoice data in DGFT files for GST refund
2. Apply for eBRC via DGFT & ICICI Bank portals
3. Maintain documentation for BRC, IGST refund, and export claims
4. Handle RCMC and IEC renewals
Purchase & Job Work Management
1. Handle vendor inward and outward challans
2. Create job work, rework, and gauge challans as per instructions
3. Verify job work invoices against the master component list
Reporting & MIS
1. Prepare monthly stock statements and sales reports
2. Maintain UT & MPE records and IGST data
3. Track customer-wise sales from Jan to Dec
Drawing & Master Data Maintenance
1. Revise, rename, and save customer drawings in master folders
2. Update ERP Item Master with latest revision numbers
3. Assist in preparing RFQs and editing technical drawings
General Admin & Document Control
1. Scan and share mill certificates, inspection reports, and heat treatment documents
2. Maintain soft and hard copies of export, GST, and audit documents
Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and organized document handling
· Knowledge of DGFT, IEC, BRC, and related export compliance processes
· Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
· Excellent coordination and communication abilities for internal teams and external partners
