Job Summary :
As an Electronics Engineer in the Service & Quality Department candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of our industrial component cleaning machines. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting service and maintenance activities, and contributing to the improvement of our product line. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Service and Maintenance: Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of Supersonics' industrial cleaning machines at customer sites. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Supersonics' cleaning machines. Offer prompt and effective solutions to resolve technical issues and minimize machine downtime.
3. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control activities, including testing and evaluation of new and existing products. Collaborate with the Quality Department to identify and resolve product-related issues, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, including service reports, calibration logs, and repair documentation. Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, technical findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Product Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide feedback on product performance, reliability, and customer feedback.
6. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Supersonics' cleaning machines. Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional technical training will be a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics engineering, preferably in the field of industrial equipment, automation, or similar. Experience with servicing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and components. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) is advantageous.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in a dynamic work environment.
