Job Responsibilities :
1. Service and Maintenance: Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of Supersonics' industrial cleaning machines at customer sites. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
2. Field Service Management: In case a service visit is required, you will have to make all arrangements to plan & monitor the entire trip for the service technician.In case
3. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Supersonics' cleaning machines. Offer prompt and effective solutions to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfact
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control activities, including testing and evaluation of new and existing products. Maintain all Quality check records and address product-related issues, ensuring the manufactured machine complies with industry standards and customer requirements.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, including service reports, calibration logs, and repair documentation. Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, technical findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Product Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide feedback on product performance, reliability, and customer feedback. Contribute to design reviews, prototype testing, and product enhancements to meet evolving customer needs and industry trends.
6. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Supersonics' cleaning machines. Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance technical expertise and support continuous learning within the organization.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and effective technical support, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with Supersonics' products and services.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in all service and quality-related activities. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and standards and ensure that Supersonics' products meet all necessary compliance requirements.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in service and quality-related activities. Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the engineering & production team to share insights, address customer needs, and drive organizational success. Participate in meetings, projects, and initiatives to support the achievement of company goals and objectives.
