Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Electrical Executive - (GSB Wayfinding) job in Vasai, Navjeevan. Candidate should have a minimum of 0 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Diploma Electrical / Electronics / EXTC. This vacancy is for the Electrical & Switchgear industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Production Planning and Control (PPC) for the Electrical Department (GSB Wayfinding) to ensure timely execution of wayfinding and signage projects.
2.Manage and lead the electrical team, assigning work priorities and ensuring effective execution as per production schedules and site requirements.
3.Prepare Power Supply Diagrams, wiring layouts, and Electrical Packing Lists for GSB wayfinding systems, ensuring proper labeling, identification, and signage standards.
4.Ensure accurate handover of electrical materials to the Dispatch Team at the time of shipment, confirming quantities and specifications.
5.Coordinate with the Design Team for understanding wayfinding layouts, illumination requirements, and technical drawings, and with the Marketing / Projects Team for new requirements and resolving electrical or lighting-related issues.
6.Coordinate with the Sourcing / Procurement Department for timely procurement of electrical components such as power supplies, LED modules, wiring, connectors, and control elements used in GSB wayfinding systems.
7.Coordinate with Assembly, Painting, Printing, and Panel Processing Departments to understand workflows and plan electrical integration in GSB wayfinding products.
8.Perform in-process quality control (QC) and ensure final products are quality-checked as per specifications, including illumination levels (LUX), uniform lighting, functionality, and visual appearance, in compliance with ISO documentation.
9.Conduct analysis of work completed, monitor productivity, and evaluate production capacity and efficiency for the GSB wayfinding electrical section.
10.Ensure calibration of electrical and testing instruments as per ISO standards and documentation requirements.
