We are hiring for a Digital Marketing job in IMT Bawal, Rewari, Haryana. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate. This vacancy is for the Cosmetics Manufacturing industry. Preferred candidates are those staying nearby IMT Bawal / Rewari area.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

1.  Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
2.  Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaign
3.  To develop, implement, track, optimize maintain our digital marketing campaigns/ presence across all digital channels.
4.  Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
5.  Design, build and maintain our social media presence
6.  Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
7.  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
8.  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
9.  Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
10.  Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
11.  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
12.  Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
13.  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
14.  Working knowledge of ad serving tools
15.  Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
16.  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
17.  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
18.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
