Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, generate high-quality leads, create engaging marketing content, and oversee website development and updates.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social platforms, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
•Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
•Increase brand visibility and engagement through regular posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
•Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize social media strategy based on insights.
•Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (if applicable).
2. Lead Generation
•Develop and execute digital lead generation strategies to attract B2B and B2C prospects.
•Manage and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
•Utilize CRM tools to track leads and nurture them through targeted email campaigns and remarketing efforts.
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are followed up effectively.
3. Marketing Content Creation
•Develop high-quality written and visual content for social media, emailers, presentations, brochures, and website.
•Collaborate with internal teams to turn product or service details into compelling marketing messages.
•Work with graphic designers (or create designs using tools like Canva) to ensure consistent brand identity.
•Draft and post regular blog articles and press releases to improve SEO ranking.
4. Website Management & Development
•Manage and update the company’s website — content, images, and product details.
•Coordinate to improve website UI/UX, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
•Ensure SEO best practices across all web pages.
•Monitor site traffic, analytics, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Key Skills & Competencies:
•Proven experience in social media management and digital lead generation.
•Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid marketing campaigns.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
•Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
•Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw insights.
•Creative thinker, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
