Design & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Design & Estimation Engineer job in Vasai East, Sativali Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Mechanical / Civil Engineer. This vacancy is for the Service industry. 

Important note - For this job, the candidate must have experience in the fire safety solutions and services industry.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of designers and estimators, ensuring high-quality design outputs and timely, accurate estimates for fire and safety engineering projects.
2.Design Management: Oversee the design of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, suppression systems, and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
3.Estimation & Costing: Supervise the preparation of accurate project cost estimates, considering all aspects of procurement, installation, and commissioning.
4.Collaboration with Sales and Project Teams: Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure designs are aligned with client expectations and project timelines.
5.Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices in design, estimation, and compliance with fire safety regulations.
6.Project Scope & Budget Management: Evaluate project scope, manage estimation tasks, and ensure designs are delivered within budget and on schedule.
7.Quality Control: Review and approve design and estimation work produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality.
8.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of design and estimation activities, preparing reports for management and clients as needed.
9.Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest fire safety technologies, regulations, and industry best practices to continuously improve the team’s capabilities.
