Design Engineer

Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Design Engineer job in Vasai Poman. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be  Any & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Diploma or BE Mechanical. This vacancy is for the manufacturing industry

Job Responsibility:
1) Concept Development: Create and develop concepts for new products and prepare evaluations. 
2) Design & Drafting: Design components and assemblies using Solid Edge / Solidwork and AutoCAD software.
3) CAD Models & Drawings: Generate 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for both new and modified products, including structural, impact, heat transfer, and fluid flow analysis.
4) Dimensioning & Design: Calculate and design structures and machine elements while ensuring precise dimensioning.
5) Documentation & Analysis: Document calculation results, plan, and execute tests to verify the concepts and results.
6) Project Coordination: Coordinate design interfaces within a project team and with suppliers for the seamless execution of projects.
7) Technical Support: Provide technical support to other departments, including service teams for VMC, CNC, wire cutting, sparking, and conventional machinery.
8) Cost Optimization: Reduce manufacturing costs through improved design and collaboration with the manufacturing department.
9) Product Design & Modification: Work on new product design, design modification, material replacement, and reverse engineering.
10) Manufacturing Packages: Prepare production drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and material indents.
11) Customer Interaction: Prepare CAD models for customer approval and manage customer specific designs.
12) Documentation: Create technical documentation such as 2D drawings, ISO drawings, dimensional chains, and CE marking.
13) Laser Cutting & Fabrication: Develop laser cutting layouts and fabrication drawings for manufacturing.
14) Design Calculations: Perform design calculations and select appropriate motors, gearboxes, and bearings for components. 
15) Project Planning: Conduct project planning and execute the design cycle, including layout and general arrangement drawings.
