Job Details
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Design and develop valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly, and Specialty Valves) in compliance with ASME/API/ISO standards.
2.Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOM using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
3. Conduct design calculations, material selection, stress analysis, and performance validation.
4. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable.
5. Review customer specifications and provide technical solutions.
6. Drive continuous improvement in existing designs for performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
7. Maintain design documentation, revision control, and technical reports.
NOTE : Experience in the Valve industry is mandatory.
