Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Design Engineer job in Vasai East, Dhumal Nagar. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification B.E (Mech.) / Diploma. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have experience in pharmaceutical machine manufacturing industry
Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare detailed models, assemblies, and fabrication drawings using CAD tools.
2. Design mechanical components, mechanisms, and complete machinery systems for pharma applications (e.g., conveyor belt, storage tanks, miser tank, blister packing machines, coating machines).
3.A)Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), engineering change notes, and design reports.
B)Implement design modifications based on testing outcomes and customer feedback.
4.A)Work closely with production, QA/QC, purchase, and service teams during development.
B)Coordinate with clients to understand URS (User Requirement Specifications) and customize machines accordingly.
C)Improve existing product designs to enhance performance, durability, and manufacturability.
5.A)Prepare production plans, schedules, and workflow sequences based on product designs.
B)Estimate material requirements, labour needs, and machine utilization.
C)Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM), routing sheets, and process documentation.
Required Skills:
1.Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, machine mechanisms, and industrial automation.
2.Understanding of pharma machinery and validation processes.
3.Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
4.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
5.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
6.Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, motion control, and automation systems preferred.
